Welcome to Morris Community High School!! My name is Miss Taylor Tesdal, and I am teaching Health and Physical Education this school year. I also teach Behind the Wheel for Driver's Education in the summer. This is my second year at MCHS, and fourth year in education. Before teaching at MCHS, I taught Pre-K through 5th grade Physical Education at Virginia Beach Friends School in Virginia Beach, VA. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University in Dec. 2006 with a Bachelor's in Physical Education K-12 and minors in Health and Driver's Education.
Along with teaching, I am the Sophomore Volleyball coach, Assistant Sophomore Girl's Basketball coach, and Sophomore Softball coach. I also coach 8th Grade Volleyball at Shabbona Middle School. When I am not spending time in the gym, classroom, or on the field, you may find me running in local races, reading a good book, or cheering on our Chicago teams!!
